NDIS in WA: What to expect & is my organisation ready?
From the 1st December 2020, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission will start managing quality and safeguards in WA.
There are two pathways for registration depending on the size, scale, complexity and range of supports/services you deliver:
All of which must be undertaken by an NDIS Commission approved quality auditor (Step 2).
Registration Steps:
Scope HSEQ can assist and better prepare your organisation by conducting a Gap Analysis (between Step 1 and 2) of your current compliance to the NDIS Practice Standards.
This will ensure you are prepared for your verification or certification assessment. Our team also has the capability and ISO 9001 Quality Assurance experience to further develop your management system and documentation.
There is a lot of similarities between the NDIS Practice Standards and the ISO 9001 Quality standard so its not too difficult to achieve both accreditations if you like!
